Founder & Managing Director

Meet Vanessa

Vanessa relocated from the Netherlands to Dubai in 2019 and began by furnishing holiday homes, a hands-on start that sparked a deeper passion for renovation and design. In 2021 she founded Cedyl Design, focusing on refined residential and commercial transformations. Alongside her interiors, Vanessa develops signature furniture pieces created specifically for Cedyl Design projects bespoke details that complete each space with intention and character. What started as a small venture has grown steadily, driven by her European sensibility and Dubai’s energy. Vanessa is now focused on taking Cedyl Design to the next level, expanding capabilities while maintaining a detail-first, client-centered approach.

Our design team is the heartbeat of everything we do. From complete renovations to targeted upgrades, we transform ideas into beautiful, livable spaces with uncompromising attention to detail. Collaboration is central to our process: we listen carefully to each client’s needs, style, and day-to-day routines, then translate those insights into environments that balance form and function.

Drawing on a blend of creativity, experience, and a refined eye for proportion and materials, we orchestrate every element layout, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to work in harmony. Fit-Out & Maintenance Team

Our Fit-Out & Maintenance Team handles the complete execution of our projects, turning every design into a finished space. From renovation and fit-out works to installations, electrical, plumbing, painting and all final details, our team makes sure everything is completed with care and attention to quality.

We also take care of maintenance, repairs and any adjustments needed after completion. Having our own team allows us to stay involved throughout the entire process, maintain our quality standards and make sure every project is finished exactly as intended.
