Meet Vanessa

Vanessa relocated from the Netherlands to Dubai in 2019 and began by furnishing holiday homes, a hands-on start that sparked a deeper passion for renovation and design. In 2021 she founded Cedyl Design, focusing on refined residential and commercial transformations. Alongside her interiors, Vanessa develops signature furniture pieces created specifically for Cedyl Design projects—bespoke details that complete each space with intention and character. What started as a small venture has grown steadily, driven by her European sensibility and Dubai’s energy. Vanessa is now focused on taking Cedyl Design to the next level, expanding capabilities while maintaining a detail-first, client-centered approach.

Sam believes the best interiors are little worlds—distinct places that welcome, comfort, and ignite curiosity. Over the past six years, she has shaped high-end residential projects throughout the United States and beyond, bringing a storyteller’s eye to every brief. Sam’s process is deliberately layered and deeply intentional: she composes materials, light, and proportion to reveal a home’s character over time, not all at once. Beauty matters, but feeling matters more—spaces should breathe, hold memories, and invite daily rituals. For Sam, design is a kind of quiet magic: the disciplined craft of turning walls and rooms into elegant, surprising environments that feel unmistakably personal.
